Elevation Church

we have begun a new journey here in Belmont and that is continuing our faith in Jesus Christ. We have started attending Elevation Church in Matthews and it is one of the fastest growing churches in the country and after one visit I knew why! it was the most amazing spiritual experience I've ever had.

and as an added bonus... the new worship center that opened in August is esthetically amazing as well. So i thought i'd share some pictures with you.

Located in a strip mall, next to Ashley furniture, there are no visual signs that says it's a church. there are street signs and volunteers waiting to help guide you. and if you are a first time guest then you are their VIP with front row parking and someone that meets you at your car and shows you the way.

it has the most amazing lighting and effects! and it's very LOUD when the band plays. it sounds like you're at a rock concert.

they always have a packed house!!
but we always make it inside so i have not experienced this yet.

i just love this wall and i have yet to figure it out because the place is always packed and i can't get over there to get a close up, but i will get back to you and let you know all about it.

this is where madison goes and she just loves it.

an amazing, unique, funny guy. knows when to be serious but rarely do you see this side of him. always a smile for everyone he sees. this is the type of guy who any girl would like to marry because he is caring towards everyone. he is one of a kind, jokester, charming, loving, caring, handsome, he is all over the best guy you will ever meet in your life.

a fun, outgoing person. generally smart but can be a total blonde at times. someone who likes meeting new people, and smiles a lot. a person who never would just turn on people. a very good friend. someone you can trust. when she's mad, stand clear she might blow her top. but a person who doesn't get mad easily so you dont have to worry about that.

sneak peak

so here's a sneak peak into the theme for madison's 5th birthday party!

Stawberry Shortcake had a make over and i think she looks pretty good! Hopefully i can pull this one off.. all she asked for was chocolate covered marshmallows with sprinkles. I'm going to attempt to make her a strawberry cake (this will be the first cake i've ever made). wish me luck!!
